Firstly, Thank you Val for helping me with the archives! You have been a GREAT help! Your hard work is greatly appreciated : DLast night, when i went to sleep, i was looking out of the window and realised the the moon was so bright! To the extent that it actually became glaring. when i took off my glasses, everything was blur and it seemed as if the moon had doubled its size. i wanted to take a picture of it but could not find batteries for the camera. so i decided to give up that idea.
Anyway, there's been a beetle which keeps bothering me, flying directly in front of my face more than 5 times. it even landed on my hair, shirt, shorts. ARGH! i cannot stand it so i got it to crawl on a paper and threw it out of the window.
Today, Suchang came to my house to pass me her PSLE slip since it seems to have a little trouble going over to NUSHS. We played taboo again, watched my favourite variety show and she went home. it was a really last minute decision but i think we had fun anyway :D
I have been rather cheerful lately, especially after Sarah actually said that the header for the forum i did was impressive! Can you imagine! someone with such high standards actually said that my work was impressive! Thats extremely satisfying. Also, tomorrow, i will finally be starting piano lessons again! It is just so exciting! i have decided to start learning theory and try to stop playing by intuition. it is always better to know then to keep guessing all the time. Also, art class should be starting on monday. i think the teacher is very qualified. from his email, i should be learning life drawing using charcoal and chalk pastels. sounds fun!

On Monday, i emailed SAJC to ask which Literature books they will be doing for JC 1 next year. The lady replied me and said that one of the books will be "Antony and Cleopatra" by Shakespeare. Now i am really worried. I have not read any Shakespeare books before and i am so afraid that everything will be so alien to me. I think i better start.Yesterday night, i had an online Economics lesson with my sister and i just took the John Sloman Economics text which used to be my sister's. so far, i must say it has been really understandable. at least i know what they are talking about and i have learnt the difference between microeconomics and macroeconomics. while trying to understand that, i got confused with the word "cabbages," thinking that it might be come not understandable pun. (you won't want to know what happened after that;D) My sister says that she will test me when she comes back. Gasp!
this morning, i had a conversation with luminosita. sister, you MUST read this. after telling him about our online economics lesson, he said (word for word, by the way. i made sure i copied and pasted the whole conversation into microsoft word), "ur sister is one of the smartest girl of her generation do you believe that?" My answer was, "yes."(obviously!) after that he said,"haha u shld just tell her that andy says she will become a nobel prize winner and that you believe me." I said, "i think she can make it." but after thinking for a while, i typed, "not i think..she confirm can." Then he told me, "yeah .. we call her econs shen.. u shld call her that.. my econs shen sister."
Ok, so, econs shen sister, i think you need to set your new goal, that it is to become a Nobel Prize winner. I searched google on the Nobel Prize Awarders and i found something on the Prize in Economics. Click here
Today, Lynnette came to my house. we had shepherd's pie for lunch and she managed to get the issue of E-Pop that i wanted! Thanks! we watched the episode of "Superfunkies," watched "Shrek 2," had a tour around my neighbourhood, and played "Taboo." Quite accomplishing i think. I also borrowed "The Crucible" by Aurthur Miller from her and as a momento of our friendship since we might not be seeing each other again, she gave me this:

I don't think i am a messy person. i guess it probably is just that i am too lazy to pack my things. i am not sure if my brother knows but i invaded his room during my o levels period. After my last paper, my maid packed his room and stacked everything nicely:
But then, if he is going to come home to see that, i bet he is going to hit the roof. So, i decided to clear it. jane invaded my brother's table, to be exact and probably tried every single stationary in his drawer. but she, too, cleared her stuff and the table is now back to how it looked like then:
So, my brother's room is settled but how about mine? see the things piling?
its amazing. i left it like this for so long and i finally got tired of it so i decided to give my room a whole makeover. this is how it looks like now:
it is by my standards, neat : D especially since Lynnette is coming tomorrow, i better get things going.

upstairs!(SHHH!) almost every morning, at about 11am plus, Nikki will come to visit me in my room, smell/lick me and just lie there until she is shooed downstairs. the house tripped today and thank god the internet is working.
